Job Description
We're #hiring for Customer Service Representative for our Healthcare Campaign.
The customer service support representative is responsible for the following tasks:
1. Answering inbound calls; taking detailed information and relaying messages to doctors, physicians, or medical staff members.
2. Calls may come from patients or medical facilities.
3. Answer the caller's questions ranging from asking about office hours to requesting copies of medical records.
4. Schedule or cancel appointments.
5. Refer the caller to emergency numbers if necessary.
Our candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. At least 6 months of BPO experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Customer service knowledge
4. Nursing background is not required
