Job Description

WORK LOCATION: Quezon City
SALARY RANGE: ₱18,500 - ₱23,000
AGE LIMIT: Maximum 35 years of age

- Graduate of BS in Business Administration, Major in Human Resources and/or Psychology
- Knowledge in HRIS or Human Resources Information System

- Process and administer employee monthly payroll and Allowances.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Communicate benefit options to employees and assist with enrollment processes.
- Manage relationships with benefit providers, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues
- Administers both government-mandated and company-initiated benefits
- Ensures that all benefits administered are consistent with their corresponding status and level and on a certain occasion
- Escalates special cases to the HR Managers for further evaluation approval
- Managing the enrolment and distribution processes of loans and benefits of staff.
- Prepare monthly reporting around statutory payments to SSS / HDMF / PHIC
- Coordinate with government-mandated offices on payments and posting of premium contributions and member loans

- Communicate changes in compensation and benefits programs to employees in a clear and timely manner
- Guide employees regarding their compensation and benefits inquiries

- Submit all government compliance.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations, and market trends affecting compensation and benefits
- Ensure that the organization's practices align with legal requirements and industry standards
