Job Description

HR Managers can be generalists who perform a broad range of duties, or specialists who focus on a
particular area such Recruitment, Total Rewards, Organization Development, and Personnel
Administratoin. Specialization of the Jr. HR manager can include employee relations, careers coaching,
health and safety and organizational culture branding.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
*At least 5 years work experience in any HR facet
*At least 2 years supervisor/managerial experience
*Handled HR projects
*Curated any HR/Recruitment/TR platform
*Eligibility : None required
*Education: Any behavioral science course/background
