Job Description

HR MANAGER – with knowledge and experience in labor laws, compensation and benefits, organizational planning and development, HR discipline, recruitment and selection, employee relations, safety and training.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience required
BSBS Major in Human Resources and related course and must have 5 years as an HR Manager or Supervisor
Schedule: Monday-Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage, create, implement and supervise policies and regulations
Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of the organization
Oversee/handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training and safety
Consult with management on strategic planning and serves as a link between management and its employees/staff
Handle staffing issues, mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
