Job Description

Ecosystems Counsel Senior Analyst - Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate low complexity agreements (e.g., NDAs, Affiliate Addendums, resale agreements) independently.
Analyze and propose solutions for low/medium-complexity contract issues.
Identify and escalate issues; maintain contract compliance and resolve issues.
Independently communicate with internal clients, business teams, and stakeholders on legal matters.
Obtain necessary approvals, ensuring stakeholder engagement and timely information sharing.

Requirements:
3 to 5 years of legal experience (law firm, in-house counsel, or legal outsourcing).
Proficiency in agreement drafting, risk identification, and understanding of Company offerings.
Knowledge of commercial agreements, legal/compliance principles, corporate business practices, and contracting regulations.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, with leadership exposure.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with technology/tools.
Effective stakeholder management and ability to meet deadlines.
Proactive learner, team player, and builder of trust-based relationships.
