Job Description

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or 4+ years’ experience in Contract Management that
includes management and leadership
- With experience in either contract administration, in-house/corporate paralegal, and/or
sourcing organization
- Ability to handle large volumes of work with exceptional time management skills
- Strong negotiation skills with an ability to influence a variety of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with DocuSign

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and analyze a wide variety of contract types, including, but not limited to,
supply agreements, service agreements, SaaS agreements, etc.
- Identify key negotiation levers based on contract terms and implement and execute
- Work closely with the legal team as needed to obtain approval on legal terms and
ensure company document retention expectations are met
- Implement, review, and monitor contract lifecycle processes consistently across
business functions
- Institutionalize supplier service level performance measures to extract the greatest value
from the contract to include key performance indicators
- Create supplier audit process, establish monitoring and reporting to sourcing leads to
help manage supplier performance in preparation of quarterly business reviews
- Analyze contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications
and other requirements and work with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Legal, Finance,
Risk Management etc.) to structure specific contract terms
- Prepare, transmit, and track contract documents to suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Handle document routing in accordance with delegation of authority and track document
routing to ensure timely processing of documents
- Maintain contract repository and supplier documents using established naming
convention and practices, and revise and update any maintenance required to maintain
the system and processes
