Job Description
Candidates with law units or completed law proper are preferred but not required.
Must have at least 1-3 years’ work experience as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant or related works.
Proven experience as a Compliance Officer.
With experience in drafting and filing pleadings, and attending hearings.
With experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
With Information Security experience, have the ability to create a policy.
Knowledgeable in legal requirements and control.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Proficient typing skills and skilled in basic MS Office programs.
Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
