JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Research Officer in the field of Out-of-Home Advertising, Trading, FMCG, and renewable solar energy,
plays a crucial role in gathering and analyzing data to help drive marketing strategies and campaigns for Elev8 Group
clients. The officer needs to provide insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and the effectiveness of the
industries of the business units within Manila area and possible reach of nationwide. The research and analysis will
be instrumental in guiding decision-making processes and optimizing product portfolio plan and annual operating
plans of the business units.

Market Research:
Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on
consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor
activities in the following industries:
Advertising, Trading, FMCG, and renewable energy.
Data Analysis:
Analyze collected data using statistical and data analysis
tools to identify key insights and trends for each business
units.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate
findings to internal teams and clients of each business
units.
Consumer Insights:
Develop a deep understanding of the market segmentation
preferences and behaviors to provide the analysis for each
business units.
Competitive Analysis:
Monitor and assess the activities of competitors for each
business units.

Client Collaboration:
Collaborate with business units to understand their goals
and objectives, providing data-driven recommendations
for campaign strategies.

1. To collect data on consumers, competitors and
market place and consolidating information into
actionable items, reports and presentations
2. To compile and analyze statistical data using

the research into policy experiments/frameworks.
2. To collaborate with business units to develop a
framework to capture the learnings from the data
