Position: Field HR Senior Analyst to Associate Manager
Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila
Job Description:

As a Field HR Senior Analyst to Associate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing HR strategies, programs, and services throughout the employee lifecycle. Your focus will be on attracting, developing, and retaining a highly engaged workforce that aligns with human capital and business strategies. This multifaceted role involves coaching line managers, providing advisory support to executives, and managing various employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and services across the employee lifecycle to ensure an engaged and high-performing workforce.
Coach line managers and career counselors to guide employees, facilitate engagement, and implement people programs and activities.
Provide advisory support to executives, offering insights and recommendations on HR matters.
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including orientation, integration, annual performance management, PIP, and associated compensation processes.
Drive employee satisfaction initiatives to enhance overall workplace morale.
Address employee concerns and queries, promoting the HR contact center as the first point of contact.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a focus on Human Resources Management or Business Management.
Minimum of 4 years of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior scheduling experience, consulting experience, or previous experience within Company HR.
Proficient in Excel.

Professional Skills:
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to understand and balance the impact of scheduling decisions on various business outcomes.
Confidence under pressure and collaborative problem-solving with project teams.
Understanding of financial implications related to workforce, level, location, and contractor usage.
Comfortable learning to use reporting tools and conducting analysis.
Strong customer service and relationship management.
Commitment to quality assurance and thoroughness.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation.
Strong influence, negotiation, and selling skills.
