Job Description

Japanese Bilingual Marketing & Sales Consulting Manager
Location: Taguig City

Responsibilities:

Utilize industry expertise to deliver sustainable solutions and insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders, providing in-depth data analysis and reports.
Manage end-to-end project coordination and ensure successful project completion within budget.
Handle Digital RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, overseeing pre-sales activities.
Create customer deliverables, manage bid responses, and deal structuring.
Drive thought leadership initiatives, manage client visits, and partner relationships.
Research industry trends, competitors, and consolidate data into actionable reports.
Develop high-quality GTM strategies, POVs, and client presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:

MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school.
Native Japanese proficiency or N1 Certification.
Industry expertise in Automotive, particularly in Sales, Aftersales, Dealerships, Production, Logistics, Warranty, Spare Parts, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
8-12 years of consulting or OEM experience in the Automotive domain.
Prior experience in CRM, Digital, Sales, or Marketing within Automotive.
Strong knowledge of Automotive sales, marketing, and aftersales.
Experience in business process design, optimization, and implementation.
Proficiency in program management, web content management, and marketing analytics tools.
Proven ability to provide insightful recommendations based on robust analysis.
Demonstrated networking abilities and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
