Job Description
-Bachelor's Degree
-2+ years experience supporting US Recruiting or US HR Coordination;
-MUST possess excellent communication skills;
-Knowledge of recruiting with HR, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Operations, Merchandising, is highly preferred
-Proficient with computer
-Data driven and strategic mindset.
-WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED ON EITHER MORNING or NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE.
- WORK SCHEDULE (MONDAYS-FRIDAYS)
Job Description:
-Manage all activities involved in the scheduling of candidate interviews including candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, and providing on going communication with recruiters and hiring managers on timelines.
-Provide administrative support for the offer process including collecting interview guides and distributed new employee information for proper onboarding.
-Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data, post job openings and ensure correct tracking.
