Job Description

HR and Admin Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for all personnel queries
2. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
3. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Managing Director
4. Assist the Accounting in administering employee benefits programs.
5. Assist in the implementation of performance management policies and procedures.
6. Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
7. Coordinate the provision of equipment and tools for on-boarding of new employees.
8. Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
9. Monitor inventory of office supplies, equipment, and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
10. Oversees the work of the maintenance team at her designated work location.
11. Timely submission of attendance and timekeeping summaries for payroll processing
12. Payroll computation.
13. To assist accounting as needed for payment collection from client and encoding of monthly and quarterly receipts.
14. To handle and oversee fleets.

Minimum Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Specific experience in HR roles, such as HR coordinator, HR assistant,
• Experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Familiar with different recruitment strategies and tools.
• Skills in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to identify and address HR issues effectively.
• Critical thinking skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Understanding and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other HR professionals and various departments within the organization
