Job Description
Location: Taguig
Salary Range: PHP60,000 - PHP80,000/month
Join our Supply Chain & Operations practice to lead transformative initiatives for organizations, shaping supply chains with positive impacts on business, society, and the planet. Collaborate on S/4HANA Digital Core implementation, guide clients through business assessments and roadmaps, and showcase the unique features of S4-EWM. Drive business blueprint workshops, streamline warehouse logistics, and contribute to knowledge discovery for EWM.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and implement S/4HANA Digital Core, operating at the intersection of Business and Technology.
Support clients in business assessments, providing insights on S/4HANA Supply Chain functionality, and overcoming challenges.
Demonstrate differentiating factors of S4-EWM and articulate the value proposition to clients.
Lead business blueprint workshops for the EWM module, streamlining warehouse logistics processes.
Define knowledge discovery in databases related to the EWM module.
Manage a team of technical consultants, overseeing tasks from configuration to Post GO-Live support activities.
Demonstrate understanding of processes and best practices to enhance client outcomes.
Collaborate with practice leadership on solutioning for new business opportunities.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts, reviews, and continuous process improvement.
Develop cutting-edge points of view and articles to enhance Company equity in the market.

Experience Requirements:
MBA or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from a Tier-1 college preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a strong academic record.
3-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
In-depth experience in S/4HANA solution design, business case development, and solution testing and deployment.
2+ project lifecycle experiences with demonstrated expertise in SAP or S/4HANA implementations.
Domain knowledge in supply chain management, particularly in inbound logistics, fulfillment, outbound logistics, and warehouse operations is essential.
Understanding of the end-to-end cycle of S/4HANA projects, including Blueprinting, Configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live, and Post GO-Live, is preferable.
Good knowledge of integration aspects of EWM with other modules such as TM, MM, PP is a plus.
