Requirements:
Minimum Education Required: Degree in Engineering or Business or Operations or equivalent. MBA is an advantage
Minimum Experience Required: At least 20 years, with 8 years of managerial experience
Skills and Knowledge Required: Manage complex supply chain; SAP S4 HANA; SAP EWM
Attitude Required: Positive mindset; resourceful; sense of urgency
Knowledge Desired but not Essential: Legal and customs requirement in Philippines
Travel Requirement: As required

Key Job Purpose:

• Provide leadership to and execution of SCM, Planning & Procurement, Warehouse & Logistics and Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance operations and activities within Philippines.
• Provide leadership to and execution of SCM and Manufacturing projects in the Philippines and be accountable for reviewing processes to enhance and drive efficiencies while aligning with Asia-Pacific SCM & Manufacturing processes.
• Provide strategic and tactical directions in operational risks mitigation and participate in the development of security policies, standards, and procedures, as part of the Governance Framework in AP region.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing and recommending policies, guidelines, procedures and implementing KPIs on sustaining cost-efficiency and optimizing delivery.
2. Promote a tight integration between supply chain, manufacturing, planning & procurement, regulatory affairs & quality assurance, and other operational areas in enhancing performance on schedule attainment, adherence, and on-time delivery.
3. Manage recruitment and development of the supply chain, manufacturing, planning & procurement, and regulatory affairs & quality assurance teams; develop the right balance of resources and skills supported by training and development programs.
4. Develop Sales and Operations Planning process whereby product and operational requirement are aligned with demand forecast, production capacity, stock availability and financial objectives.
5. Maintain inventory stock profile in the country to achieve fiscal budget and actively put in place measures limiting exposure to risk, excess and obsolescence.
6. Evaluate Demand Forecast and Planning performance to determine root cause for failures and drive corrective actions. Develop communication and processes for regular reviews with key supplying partners, order fill-rate and backlog, PO acknowledgement and manufacturing capacity requirement.
7. Ensure supply chain, manufacturing, planning & procurement, and regulatory affairs processes comply with SOX/STC regulations and actively participate in enhancing the governance procedures.
8. As a key business process expert (super-user), support the implementation of supply chain related IT changes and improvement, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Demand Forecasting and Transportation Management.
9. Monthly review of SCM, Manufacturing Operations, Planning & Procurement, and Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance functions to understand market dynamics as well as the legal and regulatory landscaping. Close coordination with industry forums.
10. Oversee routine, disciplined operational reviews that cascade through the organization to all levels and stakeholders. Enabling rapid escalation of issues for resolution and improved performance. Constantly review external trends and identify internal opportunities for continuous improvement.
11. Confident, articulate, and able to influence peers and subordinates at all levels with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
12. Guide Management Representative and deputy Management representatives in matters related to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016.
13. Undertake new projects, as assigned.
