Job Description

​Supply Chain Process Manager
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila

In our Supply Chain and Operations practice, you'll contribute to transforming organizations' supply chains for a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. Join us in innovating, building competitive advantage, and improving outcomes. Key initiatives include:

Strategizing and implementing S/4HANA Digital Core by merging Business and Technology expertise.
Supporting business assessment and roadmaps, advising on S/4HANA Supply Chain functionality.
Demonstrating the value proposition of S4-EWM and leading business blueprint workshops for the EWM module.
Streamlining warehouse management logistics, encompassing inbound and outbound logistics, internal movements, and advanced EWM functions.
Defining knowledge discovery in databases for EWM module-related business.
Leading a team of technical consultants in configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live, and Post GO-Live support activities.
Applying process understanding and best practices to help clients improve outcomes.
Supporting practice leadership in solutioning for new business opportunities.
Contributing to knowledge-sharing efforts, reviews, and process improvements.
Developing cutting-edge viewpoints and articles to enhance Company’s market presence.

Qualifications and Experience:

MBA or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from a Tier-1 college preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a strong academic record.
9-13 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
4-6 years of experience in a team management role.
Specialized expertise in S/4HANA solution design, business case and roadmap development, solution development, testing, and deployment.
4+ project lifecycle experiences with a focus on SAP or S/4HANA implementations.
Domain knowledge in supply chain management, specifically in inbound logistics, fulfillment, outbound logistics, and warehouse operations.
Understanding of the end-to-end cycle of S/4HANA projects, including Blueprinting, Configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live, and Post GO-Live.
Knowledge of integration aspects of EWM with modules such as TM, MM, PP is advantageous.
Experience in working on proposals and providing support for SAP supply chain management templates.
