Job Description

Responsibilities:
Manage healthcare insurance accounts effectively and efficiently.
Ensure accurate processing of insurance claims and provide timely assistance to clients regarding coverage inquiries.
Collaborate with the team to streamline insurance processes and maintain high-quality service standards.
Adapt to a shifting schedule as required by the company's operational needs.
Qualifications:

At least 6 months of hands-on experience handling HMOs.
OR
If no HMO work experience, a minimum of 2 years of college education in any MEDICAL ALLIED course (e.g., BS Nursing, BS Psych, MedTech, RadTech, Physical Therapist, Caregiver, Midwife, etc.).
Ability and willingness to work ON-SITE in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.
No BPO experience required.
