Finance Staff (Manila Harbour Centre)

Job Description:

Possible area of assignment:

1. Treasury Department

Manage incoming payments
Deposit received funds
Write outgoing cheques
Document all business financial transactions
Manage formal reports and company bank statements
Check, inspect and verify daily cash transactions
Check, verify and reconcile bank deposits and bank payments.
Performing risk management (liquidity, interest rates, ventures etc.)
Assuming responsibility for cash management procedures
Supports treasury and cash management operations and helps develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs.
Perform other task assigned by the supervisor or by the management
2. Collection Department

Will create and send the SOA on a weekly basic; Call and email follow up on different clients: will monitor the 2307 clearing; will clean-up the assigned account
Ensuring that each payment are immediate posted etc.
3. Tax Department

Compliance with tax requirements and filings

Qualifications:

Must be a Graduate (4 years) of Accountancy, Accounting Information System or Major in Financial Management
With knowledge in Microsoft Applications and Proficient with Excel
Must be Proficient in the English Language (communication)
Have retained knowledge regarding Finance related jargons/rules
Keen to details and with analyzation skills
Can work under pressure
Eager to learn and willing to work Overtime
With pleasing personality
