Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree complemented by a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience within the US healthcare sector, Global healthcare industry, or health product organizations.
Profound comprehension of healthcare payer and provider value chains, coupled with exposure to medium to large-scale business/technology transformation programs encompassing program management and architecture.
Proven track record in business process analysis and enhancement through effective design and implementation strategies.
Proficiency in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders/clients, demonstrating excellent coordination skills.
Flexibility to support operations during US work hours.
Key Skills and Experience:

Comprehensive understanding of the provider value chain with a deep knowledge of health provider IT systems and EMR capabilities, preferably Cerner.
Hands-on experience in successful project delivery across 3-4 technology/digital transformation programs.
Relevance in team management, scope management, change management, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Proficiency in lean concepts and practical experience in executing technology-driven business transformation projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
Experience utilizing agile-related tools like JIRA Confluence, Rally, MS Projects, VersionOne, etc.
Project involvement in at least three to four of the following areas:
Working exposure to leading EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athena, etc. (preferably Cerner EMR).
Expertise in clinical domain data models, system integration assessments, and implementation planning.
Analyzing business requirements and devising new EMR workflows, interfaces, and reporting capabilities.
Assessing current state EMR systems (capabilities and workflows) and designing future state solutions.
Identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing use cases for effective implementation.
Managing EMR migration to cloud, including planning and program management.
Sound familiarity with clinical standards, facilitating discussions with clinical leadership for implementing an engagement strategy.
Proficiency in health data interoperability, particularly in HL7, FHIR, and V2 messaging.
Knowledgeable in power chart solutions catering to various user groups like nurses, physicians, laboratory staff, and pharmacies.
