Job Description
Role Description
This is a contract role for a Charge Nurse bound to Saudi Arabia. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the nursing staff. This includes monitoring patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and providing support to the nursing team.
Hospital: OLAYAN LTAC & REHABILITATION HOSPITAL (No drug or mental cases)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- Minimum five (2) years post qualification direct clinical experience,
- Three (2) years experience as Charge Nurse
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
