Job Description
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
A. DESCRIPTION OF BASIC FUNCTIONS:
The key responsibilities of a Project Development Supervisor is to propose strategic projects in response to any
improvements, optimization and growth opportunities, and to support the SBU Head by leading the
development of selected projects.
B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WEIGHT KPI
1. Implement robust programs for all projects, with
appropriate change control processes. Regularly
review and update project programs, and report
significant variances to the SBU Head.
2. Responsible for driving project timelines and
costs. On-Time completion of projects
3. Negotiate contracts, agreements and other
project development documents with outside parties
Zero discrepancy and dispute on all
contracts
4. Become familiar with all project documentation,
regulatory requirements and milestones, and
monitoring project progress against those
requirements
100% compliant to all regulatory
requirements
5. Utilize our project management, document
control and MIS tools to control and report on project
progress.
At least 30% growth on the number of
brokers (annual target)
6. Provide quantitative analytical support, strategic
research and analysis for key project development
decisions
100% availability of strategic research
and analysis
7. Ensure all necessary measures are incorporated
in projects to minimize and mitigate any adverse
impact on the environment and local communities.
Zero Unresolved Issues with various
Brokers
8. On-Time submission of required reports.
Zero delay in submitting reports
C. QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attend to CMDC’s induction on Environmental Compliance and any other IMS orientations & training required
• Adhere to CMDC’s Environmental Regulations imposed by CMDC (i.e. Waste Management Policy)
• Throw garbage properly as per waste management policy
• Ensure to turn off lights and air conditioner when going home
• Use water responsibly
• Take good care of equipment, vehicle, or laptop issued to my custody
• Report to immediate head any Near Miss observed
• Ensure to comply with Client’s requirements to obtain Client’s Satisfaction and avoid Customer Complaints
D. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in management accounting, Accountancy
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
• At least 3 years experience in Business Development Jobs gained from a real estate industry
SKILLS:
• Above average oral and written communication skills using the English and Cebuano language
• Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
• Proficient in computer applications and business machines
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Must work well with people across all levels and has a sense of cooperation and teamwork
• Professional, has initiative and with integrity
• Can work under stress and not cave into pressure
• Willing to travel across the Philippines
TECHNICAL & ORGANIZATION:
• Knowledge of Creative Suite 5 is preferred, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Salary: 35k to 40k
