Recruitment Officer - Lawang Bato Valenzuela

Responsibilities:

Sourcing of potential candidates
Manages the daily interviewing schedules, testing, background checking, job advertisement posting
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Qualifications:

BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management
With at least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Able to hire rank and file, supervisory and managerial positions
Preferably with knowledge in manufacturing operations
Strong communication skills both in verbal and written
Proficient in MS Office (Word,Excel, Powerpoint)
Willing to work in Sitio Malinis, Lawang Bato Valenzuela City
