Job Description
• Recruitment, interview, and Prepare the Job Offer
• Payroll Preparation and Process the Government Contributions and Benefits (SSS,PHIC and HDMF)
• Maintain the 201 file and Monitoring of attendance
• Process billings and payment of utilities (electricity, water, and internet) and all other related payables and ensure that everything is paid on a timely manner.
Qualification:
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree Major Psychology / Human Resources or any related course.
With at least 2 years of working experience in Human resource
Knowledgeable in the end-to-end process of Recruitment, Payroll and other related tasks.
Proficient in using MS Office
Flexible, detail-oriented, and efficient worker in a fast-paced office environment with sharp communications.
