Job Description
ENGINEERING & SERVICE SENIOR MANAGER (VISAYAS AND MINDANAO)-HEAD OFFICE BASED
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall operations of the Engineering Department in Visayas and Mindanao branch offices.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Organizes, plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department.
-Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.
-Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.
-Negotiates service contracts.
-Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquisitions
-Assists in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecasts
-Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.
-Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that ARs are paid
-Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service
-Works hand in hand with customer’s installation and maintenance engineers until every major
-Provides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer
-With at least 10 years managerial experience in the Engineering field
-Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & air-conditioning
-With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
-High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel.
