Job Description

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, management, or a related field
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the same industry.

Manage budget and allocate resources effectively.
Staff Supervision and Development:

Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.
Set performance goals and provide regular feedback.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns.
Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Sales and Business Development:

Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and goals.
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote products or services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Compliance and Risk Management:

Financial Management:

Monitor branch financial performance and analyze key metrics.
