Job Description

SOSA JB Property Management Corp is looking for OPERATIONS MANAGER. You will operate in project management and you must have a construction management skills. You will lead, Manage, Make People Accountable (LMA). Must have Service Quality and Reports. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand, great attention to detail. You will be reporting to Division Head, Supervising all Property Managers and Service Delivery Manager.
Salary: 75,000 Basic Pay + fleet card of 120liters per month. The fleet card can be avail after six months with Leaves, HMO and government benefits.
Working Schedule: Monday -Thursday 8:30AM- 6:30PM (Flexi time provided should be 9hrs a day) and Friday (8:30AM-5:30PM Flexi Time provided should be 8 hrs)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Building Management, Architecture, Any Business course)
Must have at least 10 yrs experience as Property Manager
Must be a seasoned Property Manager with experience in handling Horizontal, Vertical, Residential and Office condominiums

Tasks and Responsibilities
Must be a Subject Matter Expert on the four aspects of Property Management (Administration,
Engineering and Maintenance, Financial Management, Third Party Contract Management)
Must be a subject matter expert on Management: Planning, Organizing, Controlling and Directing the organization’s resources in order to achieve corporate and division objectives
Monitoring of all projects under your cluster
Perform confirmation and quality controls to ensure that the standards of the company are implemented in all managed properties.
Ensure the timeliness of the submission of the regular and periodic reports of the projects.
Ensure that letters regarding clarifications and concerns that may impact the company's engagement with the client are sent to clients for documentation.
Give consulting services and guidance in achieving and exceeding the KPI measured by the company and implementation of SOP.
Motivate and inspire the property management team in the cluster to meet and exceed performance requirements.
Coach and Mentor personnel under the cluster when necessary.
