About the Role
We’re looking for an Amazon Account Manager with a minimum of 4 years’ experience across seller accounts to help us optimize, innovate, and grow. You’ll be managing multiple brands, driving performance, and solving challenges with agility. This is not a task-ticking role — we want someone with high-energy who takes initiative, verifies their work, manages their workload strategically, and delivers solutions even when Amazon makes things tough. This is a fast-paced environment and we want someone who can work autonomously but collaborate in a team and share their input.

Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership
Manage and optimize multiple Amazon accounts end-to-end — listings, pricing, keywords, inventory health.
Stay on top of listing errors, suppressions, stranded inventory, and policy issues — resolve proactively, not reactively.

Use flat-files with precision — upload cleanly, troubleshoot effectively, and ensure accuracy across marketplaces.
Implement growth strategies, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches across brands.

Performance Monitoring
Identify trends or red flags and propose data-backed optimizations fast.
Provide regular insights and reports to leadership that show clear actionable next steps.

Data-Driven & Detail-Oriented
Use tools like BigQuery, Power BI, Helium 10, or Data Studio to track trends, run diagnostics, and visualize performance.
Verify every change, double-check every listing, and follow through until tasks are complete and results are visible.

Team Collaboration & Strategy
Collaborate with the Creative, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to align content, fix friction points, and ensure product success.

Engage in team meetings, contribute ideas, and execute on cross-functional goals — don’t wait to be told, drive your department forward.
Communicate clearly and consistently on ClickUp with updates, blockers, and results.

What We’re Looking For
4+ years managing multiple Amazon seller accounts — no exceptions.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s backend systems, policies, and appeal processes.
Experience working across multiple brands and product categories.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
High sense of urgency — you respond fast, work smart, and know when to escalate.
Self-managed and solution-focused — you think ahead, catch your own errors, and follow through fully.
Tech-savvy & growth-minded — always looking to improve, test tools, and level up performance.
