Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and grow market share.
Manage and motivate the sales team to hit monthly and annual sales goals.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (retailers, workshops, dealerships, etc.).
Oversee inventory movement and ensure alignment of supply with customer demands.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the auto parts or automotive industry.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of auto parts, product compatibility, and customer needs.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; knowledge of inventory software is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when needed.
