Job Description
The position is responsible for converting the Contracting orders/backlog into revenue by managing the projects from the hand-over of Sales to job completion and turnover. He/she will lead and supervise the Contracting engineers in project management, maintenance including testing and commissioning of equipment. The role helps the sales with tech-leads by providing the customers with value-added services profitable to the company.
The C&C Fulfillment Team Leader reports to the Country GM and ensures that projects are within the allocated budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with over 5 years Contracting experience. Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Must have a proven record of accomplishments in the Contracting field.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Competencies: financial analysis, reporting, project management, people and vendor management.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Position may require travel to project sites, client & vendor meetings. Occasional overnight travel & work may be necessary.
