Job Description

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate has deep experience with iOS/Android development, backend frameworks like Node.js, and 3+ years of hands-on React Native experience. This role also entails leading a team, managing agile cycles, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field

6–8 years of software/app development experience

3+ years of production-grade React Native experience

Proficiency in mobile development for iOS and Android

Backend experience with NodeJS or Express

Experience in system analysis and scalable architecture design

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and mobile testing tools

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Leadership Experience:

Led developer teams and agile delivery cycles

Conducted code reviews and technical mentorship

Managed Scrum ceremonies and sprint estimations
