Job Description
System Development
Follows company/group Applications Lifecycle Management process in developing high quality software.
Improvement on application compliance on Architecture standards and Technology debt.
Deployment will not cause a P1 or P2 outage:
Develops program codes and maintain high standards of software quality by implementing best practices in coding and company/group security on applications being handled.
Maintains quality by executing unit test and / or coded UI testing in applications being developed.
Participates in peer-reviews of solution designs and related output code from requirements.
Prepares requirements to deploy to the production server.
Business Requirements
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements and development of user stories. Provides estimates and work plans.
Provide user support to applications maintained based on agreed SLA as a Level 3 of their respective application. Provides maintenance and enhancements for existing applications in terms of new features or bug fixes.
Scrum and Agility
Regularly Attends and Contributes to Scrum Ceremonies
Updates Kanban / Scrum Boards. Provide estimations during Refinement and Planning.
Gives Timely updates.
Leadership and Value Creator
Assists in conceptualizing the propose application or change in an existing system and identify areas that will be impacted.
Team Personal Development. Technical runways approaches and applications design. Informal and Formal training and Team certifications
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
Minimum of 6–8 years experience in software/application development
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cross-platform mobile development using React Native, with deployed apps in production.
Strong programming skills in at least one backend language or framework (NodeJS, Express, etc.).
Solid experience in iOS and Android app development
Proficient in System Analysis and designing scalable architectures and reusable code across mobile platforms
Demonstrated experience in:
Leading a team of developers
Performing code reviews
Mentoring junior developer
Managing agile delivery cycles
Familiar with CI/CD, Git, mobile testing tools, and performance monitoring.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
