Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mobile Application Developer with strong experience in React Native and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices, and delivering production-ready, scalable mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities
System Development

Follow ALM standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Write and maintain clean, secure, scalable, and efficient code.

Execute unit and UI testing; support production deployments without major outages.

Participate in peer reviews and contribute to architecture and design discussions.

Business Requirements

Gather and document user requirements and translate them into user stories and technical plans.

Support and enhance existing applications according to SLAs as a Level 3 resource.

Agile & Scrum Practices

Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and provide effort estimations.

Update Kanban/Scrum boards regularly with progress and blockers.

Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor junior developers and lead technical implementation for mobile features.

Conduct code reviews, guide team on technical decisions, and facilitate knowledge-sharing.

Lead solution conceptualization and identify business process impacts.

Job Qualifications
Must-Have:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (Non-negotiable)

6–8 years of experience in software/application development. (Non-negotiable)

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React Native in production environments. (Non-negotiable)

Solid experience in both iOS and Android mobile development. (Non-negotiable)

Strong backend skills in NodeJS, Express or similar frameworks. (Non-negotiable)

Proficiency in scalable architecture and reusable component design. (Non-negotiable)

Experience leading a development team, performing code reviews, and mentoring. (Non-negotiable)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, mobile testing tools, and performance monitoring. (Non-negotiable)
Salary:
₱120,000.00 Monthly
