Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Developer code

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as:
Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (plus frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js)
Back-end: Python, Java, C#, PHP, Node.js
Mobile: Swift (iOS), Kotlin/Java (Android)
Database knowledge: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Version control: Git/GitHub
Familiarity with APIs and web services (REST, SOAP)
Understanding of software development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
Testing & Debugging skills: Unit testing, integration testing, and debugging tools

Job Description:
Routine and Straightforward Issue Resolution:
Handle basic inquiries, FAQs, and medium-complex developer code-related issues, primarily through Discord, Support Hub, and CDPAssist AI chatbot.
Troubleshooting and Escalation:
Identify and resolve basic SDK and API-related technical issues. Escalate more complex issues to Tier 2 (Technical Service Engineers) or Tier 3 (Product/Engineering teams).
Community Moderation:
Moderate developer community channels such as Discord to prevent spam/scams while ensuring a secure environment.
API & SDK Knowledgebase Updates:
Audit user reports and update documentation gaps, ensuring smooth usability and accuracy in Coinbase APIs and SDKs.
