Job Description

Job Summary:

The Brand Executive/Specialist serves as the execution backbone of the brand team,
providing detailed support in rolling out brand campaigns, managing logistics, and ensuring
smooth coordination across various departments and third-party partners.
She will be instrumental in archiving campaign assets, assisting with PR and influencer
initiatives, championing administrative duties, and ensuring seamless execution of on ground activities, events, and deliverables in line with brand standards. This position suits a
proactive individual who excels in dynamic environments and aspires to advance into a
strategic role in brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Support:
• Assist in the execution of ATL (TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Cinema) and BTL campaigns by
coordinating with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery of assets.
• Organize production requirements, logistics, and documentation for campaigns, ensuring
smooth execution.
PR Coordination:
• Support influencer outreach campaigns, from communication to post-campaign reporting.
• Assist in preparing PR kits and coordinating with media and influencer partners.
• Maintain an updated database of influencers and media contacts.
Events & Brand Activations:
• Coordinate logistics for events, such as brand launches, New Product line/Ambassador
launch, shoots, etc. ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Provide on-ground support for activations, ensuring successful execution and capturing
performance data.
Admin & Brand Operations:
• Handle day-to-day admin tasks such as PO processing, inventory tracking, and supplier
coordination.
• Maintain a calendar of brand activities and keep the Assistant Brand Manager updated on
progress.
• Ensure that all campaign materials, reports, and files are organized and archived properly.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory bodies such as DOLE, ASC, DTI, and other relevant
authorities.
Performance Monitoring & Documentation:
• Assist in gathering data for campaign performance, competitor benchmarking, and market
feedback.
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports related to brand executions.
Salary:
₱35,000.00 Monthly
