Job Description

Position: Marketing and Creative Specialist
Location: Cyberscape Beta, Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig
Work setup & shift: WFH | Night shift

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

CREATIVE DESIGN & PRODUCTION

- Create visually engaging marketing materials including digital assets, print collateral, presentations, infographics, and promotional items
- Design and update website elements, landing pages, and email templates that align with brand guidelines and support marketing campaigns
- Develop visual content for social media platforms, including static images, animations, and video graphics
- Create professional presentation decks for internal and external use, including sales presentations, investor decks, and educational materials
- Design user interface elements for the BrainHealth Platform in collaboration with the product team
- Produce branded templates for various communication needs across the organization
- Maintain a digital asset library and ensure proper organization of creative files

MARKETING CAMPAIGN SUPPORT

- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Create campaign-specific visual assets that maintain brand consistency while addressing campaign objectives
- Design email marketing templates and graphics that drive engagement and conversion
- Develop digital advertising creative for various platforms (search, display, social media)
- Assist in building landing pages and conversion-focused web assets
- Support content marketing efforts with visual elements for blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
- Create data visualizations that effectively communicate complex brain health information

BRAND MANAGEMENT

- Ensure all creative assets adhere to company's brand guidelines and visual identity
- Support the evolution and refinement of brand elements as needed
- Create brand guidelines documentation and templates for organization-wide use
- Maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints while allowing for appropriate customization
- Develop visual storytelling approaches that reinforce brand positioning and values
- Create branded materials for events, conferences, and trade shows
- Support the VP of Marketing in brand development initiatives

CROSS-TEAM COLLABORATION

- Partner with the product team to create user interface elements and in-app visuals
- Collaborate with sales to develop effective sales enablement materials and presentations
- Support the Product and Operational teams with design for educational content and resources
- Work with operations to create customer-facing materials that enhance the user experience
- Assist the Executive team with presentation design for investor and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers, agencies, freelancers) as needed
Gather and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining design integrity

INNOVATION & OPTIMIZATION

- Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to healthcare marketing
- Test and optimize visual content based on performance data and user feedback
- Explore new creative approaches and mediums to engage telehealth audiences
- Recommend improvements to creative processes and workflows
- Contribute creative ideas to marketing brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
- Pursue ongoing professional development in design and marketing
- Help evaluate and implement new design tools and technologies

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
- Experience with web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS
- Understanding of UX/UI design fundamentals
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices
- Experience creating responsive email designs and templates
- Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
- 2+ years of experience in marketing design
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industries preferred
- Experience with presentation design (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) • Knowledge of accessibility standards in design
- Experience with design for social media platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of print production processes and requirements
- Creative problem-solver who can balance artistic vision with marketing objectives

Salary:
₱35,000.00 Monthly
