Job Description
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency
Supervise, train, and develop team members to maintain top performance
Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and overall customer satisfaction
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate supply orders
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance reporting
Implement marketing initiatives and upselling strategies to drive sales
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
Qualifications:
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Proficiency in inventory control, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
