Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, efficient restaurant operations, staff management, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Manage and train staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Experience in buffet or hot pot/grill-style dining is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Basic financial and inventory management skills.
