Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations at Ilao Ilao, SM City Puerto Princesa. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of store management in the food and beverage or retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing overall store operations including sales, inventory, and staff performance
Supervise and support team members in delivering excellent customer service
Ensure store cleanliness, food quality, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Monitor and manage stock levels, product quality, and store supplies
Help implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to meet store targets
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
Prepare daily reports and assist in achieving operational and financial goals
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role, preferably in F&B or retail
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Knowledge of inventory control, POS systems, and basic financial reporting
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
High school diploma or college-level education preferred
