About the role

Join AM Group Kitchen Equipment and Supplies Inc. as our Sales Manager (for Kitchen & Bakery Equipment) based in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our kitchen supplies and ingredients business as well as leading and motivating our future sales team to achieve our revenue targets and provide exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
Identify new business opportunities in the commercial kitchen, restaurant, and hospitality sectors.
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, including commercial kitchens, hotels, and restaurants. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and prioritize high-potential prospects, creating customized sales presentations and proposals.
Analyze sales data, customer preferences, and market trends to identify new business opportunities, adjust strategies accordingly, and ensure growth in target markets and profitability.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our kitchen and bakery equipment portfolio to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive decisions.
Implement and maintain sales processes and systems to drive efficiency
Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management
What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably in the kitchen equipment or supplies industry
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
