Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with solid background in hardware and basic networking
With experience supervising a small IT team or acting as team lead
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willing to work full-time, on-site at our Kamuning, Quezon City office
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily activities of the IT support team
Provide hands-on technical support for hardware issues (desktop, laptop, printers, network devices, etc.)
Ensure timely resolution of user concerns and technical requests across all departments
Oversee setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, operating systems, and office equipment
Manage inventory and documentation of IT hardware, software, and assets
Monitor and maintain local network and internet connectivity
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, replacements, or upgrades
Implement basic IT policies, procedures, and best practices for system usage and security
Provide technical orientation and support for new employees
Assist in planning and executing minor IT projects and upgrades
