Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform advanced hardware/software repair and installations on client’s laptop or desktop PC.
Conduct troubleshooting of internet and local area network connectivity.
Perform systems monitoring and scheduled network data back-up as needed.
Document and log problems encountered daily.
Regularly conduct checks of hardware, software and system performance metrics and upgrade as needed.
Perform daily database and system security checking.
Maintain and monitor the proper functioning of hardware operations, such as the issuance, timely replacement to users, and correct stock levels; and ensuring the timely license renewal of software inventories.
Coordinate to the Internet Service Provider technical problems that could arise and the needed improvements to the system.
Report to immediate superior, on a monthly basis, or as frequently as may be necessary, all IT matters and activities.
Perform other IT related task that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
Must be Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience working as IT support staff with proven high ability in providing technical support for all PC hardware and software maintenance, database programming and network installation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good English language skills
