Job Description

We are looking for a female candidate aged 25–30 to join our team in Makati (on-site). This is a full-time role with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and a salary offer of PHP 18,000. The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology, with 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HR tools. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, coordinating interviews and background checks, monitoring employee activities, managing offboarding processes, maintaining recruitment databases and reports, and assisting with special HR initiatives and documentation.
