Job Description

HR Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the shipyard, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with maritime labor laws, performance management, training, and benefits administration, ensuring smooth operations by overseeing staff and addressing employee concerns while adhering to strict safety regulations specific to the maritime industry; often collaborating closely with shipyard management to align HR strategies with operational needs.

Qualification's
 At least five (5) years work experience as an HR Supervisor. Ship Repair experience a plus.
 Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and other pertinent laws.
 Ability to influence all levels of the organization.
 Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
 Analytical; Goal-oriented; Professional
 Pragmatic in problem solving skills.
 Can work under pressure, while maintaining flexibility and meeting deadlines.
 Computer literate, proficient with MS Office and email messaging
applications.
