Treasury Controller - Hybrid Setup

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Treasury Controller to oversee cash management activities, banking relationships, and treasury operations. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely recording of receipts, maintaining compliance with bank requirements, and supporting financial reporting and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure timely booking of all incoming receipts
Manage banking relationships, including handling KYC requirements, opening and closing accounts, updating bank signatories, and coordinating with banks on compliance-related matters
Maintain accurate financial and operational reports, including KPI tracking for Treasury and Accounts Payable, Cash Monitoring reports, and end-of-month cash balances
Prepare and process ad-hoc payments as needed, such as returns to owners or transactions related to account closures

Core Duties
Coordinate regularly with partner banks to address any issues, submit documentation for KYC and compliance, and manage account-related updates
Post journal entries and transactions promptly and accurately in the accounting system
Develop and maintain dashboards or reports related to cash flow, liquidity, and treasury KPIs
Support one-off or urgent payments and ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Solid understanding of banking procedures, treasury operations, and accounting principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with financial data
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
