Accounting Staff/Bookkeeper

DENB Kitchen Equipment Services is looking for a Accounting Officer

Location: Las Piñas City
Salary: To be discuss on your initial interview.
Preferably living in Las Piñas City or nearby cities.

Job Description:

- Maintain and review financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenses regularly.
- Track profits and generate financial reports.
- Evaluate internal systems and recommend improvements.
- Manage business accounts and financial transactions.
- Handle invoices, payments, expenses, and billings.
- Update records for accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist in reviewing payroll, expenses, and audits.
- Submit financial reports and support accounting projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Financial Management, preferably BS Accountancy.
- At least one year of experience in Finance or Cost Accounting is preferred.
- Should be computer literate and knowledgeable in accounting software like MS Excel.
- Must have good communication, organizational, and writing skills.
- Responsible for bookkeeping, accounts receivable monitoring, and tax compliance.
-Must be a fast learner, customer-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
