Job Description
• Building remote sales processes.
• Controlling and improving employees' efficiency, motivating employees.
• Writing reports on the department’s performance.
• Taking part in development and automation of sales processes.
• Building a knowledge base and organizing training in soft and hard skills.
• Supporting new employees.
• Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives
• Coaching team members
Requirements:
• Experience in sales.
• Experience in managing a remote team of 10 or more people.
• Data analyst skills.
• Negotiation and motivation skills.
• B1 English level.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field.
• Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
• At least two to three years of sales experience required.
