Job Description

-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

-Write and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.

-Source candidates through databases, networking, headhunting, and employee referrals.

-Screen resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone/video interviews.

-Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

-Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).

-Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

-Conduct background checks and verify references.

-Prepare job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.

-Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and suggest improvements.

-Stay informed of current employment trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

-Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
