Mandarin Speaking - Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily front and back-of-house restaurant operations
-Ensure smooth customer service and high-quality food standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance of all restaurant staff
- Enforce hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner
- Manage cash handling and daily financial reporting
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies as needed
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Filipino-Chinese nationality (required)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a restaurant manager in a full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and dining culture
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
