Job Description

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality.
• Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
• Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring restaurant staff.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the restaurant to meet company standards.
• Support inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with management on menu updates, promotions, and special events.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reporting.
