Job Description

Position: Senior Director or AVP – Healthcare BPO
Location: Onsite (Quezon City)
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary Package: ₱300,000 – ₱350,000
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Director or AVP to lead and oversee our Healthcare BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of proven leadership experience within the healthcare outsourcing industry, including at least 10 years as a Director and 1–2 years as an AVP.

This role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare processes such as Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Claims Management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of multiple healthcare BPO programs, ensuring all performance, productivity, and quality targets are met or exceeded

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Mentor and develop operations managers and team leads, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability

Partner with Workforce, Quality Assurance, Training, and HR to align operational efforts with organizational goals

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Analyze performance data, prepare executive-level reports, and provide recommendations for process and performance improvements

Drive innovation and continuous improvement across operations

Qualifications
10 years of experience as a Director and 1–2 years as an AVP, with a combined 10–12 years in senior leadership roles within a Healthcare BPO environment

Extensive knowledge of healthcare outsourcing processes, including RCM, AR collections, prior authorizations, and claims processing

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop high-performing teams

Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities

Willing to work onsite in Quezon City

Amenable to working the night shift

Immediate availability preferred

Comfortable with the offered compensation range of ₱300,000 to ₱350,000
