Job Description
Location: Onsite (Quezon City)
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary Package: ₱200,000 – ₱220,000 (Package)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Director to lead and oversee our Healthcare BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role within the healthcare outsourcing industry. This role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of healthcare processes including RCM, AR, and claims management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple healthcare BPO programs, ensuring performance and quality targets are consistently met or exceeded
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure regulatory compliance
Lead and mentor operations managers and teams to drive high performance and career growth
Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Workforce, QA, Training, and HR to support operational needs
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are upheld
Monitor KPIs, prepare executive reports, and provide insights to executive leadership
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and processes
Qualifications:
5 to 8 years of experience as an Operations Director in a Healthcare BPO setting
Extensive knowledge of healthcare processes such as RCM, AR collections, prior authorization, and claims processing
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Ability to work onsite in Quezon City
Amenable to working the night shift
Can start immediately
Comfortable with the offered compensation package (₱200K–₱220K)
